MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 17TH, 2018: INNOVATION LAB

Use the same methodologies and philosophies from some of the world's top innovators and entrepreneurs to generate disruptive ideas. With the help of instructors and mentors, teams are led through a design thinking lab. You'll follow up with lab with reception where you'll be tasked with interviewing attendees about their thoughts on your idea.

Come With: Your team already formed with roles assigned; challenge background research; an open mind; laptops, chargers, etc.

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 17TH, 2018: MENTOR SESSIONS

We'll select the top five (5) teams to present to the judging panel on Tuesday morning. This mentor session will allow you to get last minute advice before final selections are made.

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18TH, 2018

During this Shark Tank-style experience, the top 5 teams take the big stage to pitch their ideas to HBCU presidents. They'll have ten (10) minutes to present a compelling business case as to why their idea should be selected for implementation.

Come With: Finished Presentation Deck in Google Slides; having practiced numerous times.
